How to Request Deletion of Your Data
Lead Marketing Strategies respects your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete the data we have collected through our Facebook and Instagram integrations, or any other data associated with your account, you can do so using any of the methods below.
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@leadmarketing.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Your Facebook Page name or Instagram account username (if applicable)
- A description of the data you would like deleted
Option 2: Remove App Access via Facebook
You can revoke our app's access to your Facebook and Instagram data directly from Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings
- Navigate to Security and Login > Apps and Websites
- Find "Lead Marketing AI" in the list
- Click "Remove" to revoke access
Once you remove the app, we will no longer have access to your Facebook or Instagram data. Any previously synced data will be automatically purged within 30 days.
What Data We Delete
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete:
- Facebook Page and Instagram account connection details
- Synced posts and comments from your connected accounts
- Any replies or responses generated through our platform
- Access tokens and authentication credentials
Processing Time
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Please note: Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Comments and replies that were already posted to Facebook or Instagram through our platform will remain on those platforms and must be deleted separately through Facebook or Instagram directly.
